If you are unhappy with your purchase, as long as you contact us within 30 days from the receipt of the item, we will process your return/exchange request. Any request after 30 days will not be honored. Please make sure to contact us by email (contact@kingsmith.com) at first.
Return & Exchange Conditions
w Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
w Items must be returned within 30 days after you receive them.
w All items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
w When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method providing tracking information.
Non-returnable items:
w On sale items or gift cards are non-refundable.
w Damage/Lost caused by customers is non-refundable.
General Return Process
w Initiate a return: Please email us at contact@kingsmith.com with photos and/or videos of the items and let us know your order number. Our customer service staff will determine the eligibility for your return request within 3 business days.
w Ship the item back: If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. (Note: Items returned without authorization will not be accepted). We recommend that you send your return/exchange in a shipping method providing tracking information as well as a signature, because we will not be responsible for lost return/exchange.
w Refund or exchange: when we receive your return/exchange, we will inspect the item in 3-5 working days and then provide a replacement for an exchange or issue a refund.
Return Charge
w If the return is due to our problems (such as: incorrect products, quality problems of products), we will provide a full refund for you include the return freight;
w If the return is due to the buyer’s problem (such as: don’t like/want the item, ordered a wrong product/size), the buyer should pay the return freight.
w No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
Refunds

How to change the rotating display from Chinese to English?
I hope the following methods can help you： 1. Press and hold the X21 thin treadmill control button for 3-4 seconds, and plug in the safety key（Keep the control button pressed） and enter the engineering mode (when your distance below shows F1, you have successfully entered the engineering mode).
2. After entering the engineering mode, switch the settings by pressing the control button until the calorie panel shows CH, turn the knob a little to the left until the calorie panel shows EN, and after successful switching, press and hold the control switch without releasing it, and after 3 seconds you have successfully switched the language. How heavy is this when you've used it and want to fold it up and put it away?
King Smith x21 ultra slim folding treadmill for home is 38kg (84lbs), and it has two wheels and a handrail to wheel it away, so it can be moved easily.
Can this also be stored horizontally under a bed?
Yes, of course. The x21 foldable slim treadmill can be placed flat or vertically against the wall, and it's more convenient to put it upright.
Are you able to run at a decent pace with this or is it mostly just for walking?
x21 super slim treadmill tops out at 7.5 MPH, it's a quick enough speed to start a full-speed run.
How fast does this go? Does it incline?
The fastest speed of the x21 slim running treadmill is 12km/h. Because the design of incline will affect the usage of fold function, x21 treadmill isn't incline.
Does my treadmill slow down when I step on it?
It doesn't. Because the x21 foldable treadmill doesn't contain walking mode, only holds running mode, the x21 can't adjust speed by feet, then it can't slow down when step on it.
